My sisters love this item!   They use it differently everytime they use it!  Sometimes its all together as shown, and sometimes they just scatter the vases around the dinner table.   I've used them with food coloring for a bit more pizazz at a Wedding Shower.  The tray can also hold plants or even candles!   Actual measurements are 18"L x 2.5"W x 4"H
